Gm my account was hack by unknown user. apparently they didnt know my fire guard password. so they have tried and failed and now my account was blocks. its been 2 days already and i could not get in touch with you. Pls be considerate in my request. I believe that all gms are busy but pls take care of my account. I have played many private servers but i believed that RFA is the best. Thnx for ur consideration. Pls be in touch asap.

its usually a temporary 24 hour ban, ever tried changing your account password yet?

cause if you didnt they might still be logging it in, and when they reach your fireguard they use up the 4 chances thus resulting in another 24 hour ban
