This is a simple setup guide to play on RF Addiction.
1) Download the RF Game Install Version 2.1.6 and install it. You can download it from the link below: ----Its highly recommended that you just download the new client install versus using an old one.

*Please note: this client automatically installs to C:\Level Up! Games\RF Online -- Make sure to take a note of this location as you'll need it when you install our patch.
2) Once the client is downloaded and installed,
be sure to run the file "RF.exe" in the RF Online folder and let the client fully update.
3) Once the client is updated, download the latest RF Addiction Patch and install it to your RF Online folder (Where you installed the RF Online client you downloaded above.)
*Please note: this patch automatically install to C:\Program Files\RF Online -- You must choose your installation directory correctly when installing this patch or you will have errors when trying to play!
4) Download and install the Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 if you do not already have it. - This step is optional but recommended.
5) Create an account for the game at the link below:

6) Now just run the game via the shortcut on your desktop "Play RF Addiction", enter your account information, and play!
Regarding Fireguard:
This is easy to set up.
1st:
Read what it says there. It says you need a password, and a secret answer for your question. This is just like setting up a bank account In-game.
2nd: Set up your password. It
HAS to be between 8 and 20 characters in length. It
HAS to have numbers
AND letters.
3rd: Set up your secret question and answer.
a.) Select which question you'd like to answer.
b.) Type in your answer for the question.
(I don't know why people are having trouble with Fireguard.. I personally figured it out within 10 seconds.)
