BG my game CP account is blocked and i cant vote when i try to log in it says my GAME CP account is blocked but i can still play online hope you can fix it

I have somrthing to tell you, and also i have something to ask you. Well, lets start onto something to ask you...Can I recieve any rewards from the GMs if i reported some hackers or cheates on you game? Im looking forward on your responds...
And now lets go to the something that i'll gonnsa tell you... Me myself accepts that we cannot avoid hackers and cheaters on your game.. I know who are they but I got disappointed on one GM tell me that you cannot recieve rewards if you reported some hackers and cheaters..So, its useless if i will report some HACKERS and CHEATERS in your game if no GM will give some rewards,, even if it is only a little rewards that a simple players can have not more than or same as a donator can have.
