Duped ACC 50 boots

It has come to our attention that before the server side block was put up, either someone or a group of people massively duped a ACC 50 white boots that have 5-6 mercies in them and put them on up on auction/gave them out.

If you are one of these acc's that bought the boots or was given them, we suggest you sell your boots to the NPC immediately.

All players are being given 2 days to get rid of the +5-6 boots and to spread the announcement before we start scanning characters and banning accounts.

This will be your only notice!

and to add up soji... i think the 55 +6 grace gloves is also duped... i've seenp eople using the +6 gloves 55 white with the +5-6 50 boots white....if they have the boots im pretty sure they also have the gloves on their inventories.. I'm glad to see the server running smooth... thanks to yah all.... Keep on coming CM players..FTW!

Quality post, hopefully this leads to the deletion of the mass +5 maneaters on bell and +3-+5 cerbs on acc

and the actions could be a ban, character delete, or account delete.. so better think twice guys its your call... do what is necessary before its too late

hmm +5 int stuff is ok [dunno bout relic] but if gm caught u with +6 stuff..gm will ask to sell it in npc..as far as i know

having the items that the GM said was duped and not NPCing them is banworthy. Just having them and not being a duper means u should NPC them if u find out they are duped.

the question is.. how will i know if a certain item is duped or not?

we cant always go into conclusion and say that a +4 relic is duped..

is there really a way to know whether an item is duped or not? not just by judging it according to how much upgrade it has and who holds it.

All you need to know is you SHOULD npc items you are sure are duped, for instance if you bought from a guy selling on sell chat but he was banned the next day for duping. You should also NPC anything a GM tells u is duped cause you can be banned for not complying.

the seller isnt banned yet..so that means i shouldnt throw em away yet..

well my suggestion is that if we see something in AH that can be "suspect" we might ask if a GM is OL and ask him to check the suspected item.

In that way if somebody buy the item in your place he will get a kick.
In that way you may give a chance to the GM to kick somebody else ass.
In that way you do a favour do the community.

Then if its "good" and you dont get it while somebody else has it.... bad luck my friend try next time.

I only want to add guys who will sell in AH +4 relics( the same with white +6 shoes and gloves) or in game that item cost allot so why some1 want to trade it?? reason he want to trade duped items and get legal to be cleaned so we repeat many times do not buy high upgraded items from AH or from some1 in game ( rapport gm if some1 want to trade that kind of items)
