i think that means:
-you didn't run the official patcher to patch 200/200
-you didn't run the 200/200 patch fix
There is a great tutorial posted in the "Galactic Assembly" sub-forum called "HOW TO INSTALL RFA (now with pictures)".
It is a bit out of date; however, if you follow all those steps and then use the v2.6 patch everything will be well.
