Some weird language problem

Hey there everyone, i just downloaded the game, installed it and patching right now, almost finished though.
but i already had this at the installer, that everything's in a weird language i cant translate anything of. so what im wondering is if this is a known issue, and if so if this can be fixed, cause what if i even get that in game

The client is in purtouge, follow this guide (part 1 only) and install the patch from here.
